Service Description
In this meeting we'll get to know each other, and I will get to know you and your family members - most importantly, the pets! We'll discuss your goals, set expectations for how we'll meet those goals, agree on a schedule, and make sure we're comfortable working with each other.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your visit, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booked time. Full refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to your booked time slot, cancellations after that time will not be refunded. No additional payment will be requested for rescheduling, unless the service requested has been upgraded, and the difference will be requested at time of re-booking.
